Moon Series

The moon series is a calming and more cooling series that focuses on movement and breath. In this class we will pay particular attention to our backs and spine. Each posture will focus on either the upper, lower or the whole back.  Particular postures will allow practitioners to be able to grow an awareness of the different parts of their spine. The class is designed to develop spine flexibility slowly and smoothly. Practicing with deep breath also helps practitioners improve their balance and body awareness.  This is an excellent class for people suffering from back and neck discomfort and who are looking for a calming class. This class is appropriate for all levels.
