This class is a unique fusion between Pilates techniques and ballet Barre movements. This method focuses on flexibility and balance; students perform graceful movements, to gain strength that works the muscles of the whole body. This class will be a strong and focused low impact workout that provides the foundation for gaining a fit, healthy and graceful body. This specialty class focuses on using ones own body weight to perform strength training and it uses isometric exercises  to improve and correct posture, gain long strong muscle tone, to increase muscular-skeletal control and to get a whole body workout. This is an intense workout that takes focus and precision and is designed to helps students gain a unique understanding of their muscles and body as a whole.
