Mom & Big Baby Yoga (9 – 18 months)

Come practice gentle yoga with your baby in a supportive environment. This is a 8-week, pre-registered course for parents/caretakers and their infants 9 to 18 months old (not appropriate for older toddlers). A great way to get out of the house with your little one and enjoy some gentle exercise to take care of your body and connect with your baby.
