Community Yoga Class

Time: Saturdays, 9:00 - 10:00 AM - Last Saturday of the month

Are you interested in trying yoga, but don’t have a regular practice? If so, please join our community class every other Saturday. These classes will have a fun, upbeat feel, offering a flowing class, with the opportunity to try more creative poses, as well as learning some more basic poses used in a typical Ashtanga/Vinyasa class. Discounted rates, and suitable for all levels, so please bring your family and friends! This is a 60-minute class.
