Gentle Prenatal Yoga (Coming Soon)

Our 12 week prenatal yoga course is a wonderful way to prepare for labour and birth. Each 60-minute class consists of gentle stretching, breathing awareness, meditation techniques and a relaxation to keep you healthy and happy during your pregnancy. The exercises are specifically designed as gentle, strength building stretches to help you release tension and relax throughout your pregnancy. No yoga experience needed. Preregistration required.
