Little Kids Yoga (3 & 5 year olds)

Roar like lions, grow tall like trees, breathe like the ocean tide. Children will use basic yoga postures, breathing, games, relaxation, visualization, story and play to move, stretch, laugh and calm their mind and bodies. This is a 60 minutes class for children only.
