Suitable for all levels Yin Yoga is all about slowing down your mind and body, creating space for tranquility while nourishing joints, ligaments, tendons and fascia. This class is spent mostly on the floor, and poses are held for 2-5 minutes allowing joints and fascia to release as well as stimulating the flow of energy in the body. This class is a great compliment to your busy life, come in and slow down. This is a 60-minute class.
