Kids Gymnastics
Beginner Gymnastics Ages 5-6 years

Students do not need any gymnastics training and will be assisted every step of the way to ensure best success and safety. Class will focus on simple tumbling and balancing techniques as well as developing strength in their shoulders and core.

Tumbling includes: front and back somersaults, cartwheels, and round offs. Students will begin to practice proper posture and increase shoulder strength for back and front walkovers.

Students will also explore different music and body movements as well as the use of simple props such as ribbons and ballsto enhance creativity.

Beginner to Intermediate Gymnastics Ages 7-9 years

Class will focus on floor tumbling, balancing, jumping, and combinations of these techniques. There will be some use of props such as ribbons and/or small balls, syncronized to music.

Tumbling includes: front and back somersaults, cartwheels, and round offs. Students will  practice proper posture to increase shoulder strength for back and front walkovers and head/handstands.
