Yoga Science Journey
A five-week adventure practicing yoga while learning about the world around us.
This is a five-week yoga course where we use yoga to journey through imaginative adventures that explore the world around us. Students will not only learn a series of yoga poses but they will use their imagination to take them through a story that teaches them about the natural world. This class will help them cultivate self confidence, imagination, body awareness and self awareness. All this while building muscle, flexibility and balance. So let's jump on the mat and have an adventure.
