Join Yoga Joy Saigon this November for a 2.5-hour workshop on how to use Yoga and Mindfulness to support your labor and delivery. In this hands on workshop you will learn: breathing / pranayama, poses/ asanas and mindfulness to ease pain, encourage the progress of labor and emotionally empower you.  Your partner will learn specific techniques to physically and emotionally support you as well.
