This is a slowed down Hatha class. In this class, you can expect a focus on pranayama (breath) and on asana (posture). Because the class pace is slower, we will hold poses longer than you may be used to, so come expecting to sweat! This slower pace gives you an opportunity to truly find the correct alignment for your body in each pose while building your strength and flexibility. This class is geared toward students with some yoga experience, however beginners are welcome! Please inform the instructor of your level and of any injuries so that she can modify appropriately.
