Join Alison as she guides you on an energizing and uplifting practice that uses music and flow to build internal heat and increase your heart rate all while cultivating a calm and focused mind through mindful cues.
This class will be focussed on building strength, flexibility and endurance. It is moderately paced and designed to deliver you with the traditional wellness benefits of yoga but also a strong cardiovascular workout.
The class is open to all levels of yoga experience and we promise you will be leaving the studio feeling centered, relaxed and empowered at the end of class.
