Hatha for strength: This workshop-style class focuses on helping yogis develop strength – physical, spiritual, and mental. The instructor aims to guide yogis to build the foundational strength necessary to attempt more challenging asana. While this class is suitable for most levels, complete beginners should join a few other classes first before attempting this one.
