In this class students will enjoy this fun upbeat group workout that brings in elements of Pilates, Yoga, Ballet and Barre. Some of the benefits of this class include developing lean and strong muscles, an improvement of posture, a strengthening and lengthening of one’s body silhouette. This class focusses on balance and flexibility, and uses breath to allow control for each pose to develop into its fullest expression. This is a fun and challenging low impact, whole body workout which uses your own body weight to burn calories and build muscles. This class is open to all levels and no experience is necessary.
