Vinyasa means breath with movement, so this class will focus on linking a conscious breath with a flowing sequence. In this Vinyasa class, students will increase strength, energy, and flexibility of the body, while finding a more centered and calm mind.
This class is aimed at intermediate students who are comfortable with a slightly quicker paced class. HOWEVER!!! Beginners, please join us! Vinyasa flow classes are exciting, and there are always modifications available, don’t hesitate to start your practice with us! This class is 60 minutes long.
