This class helps building strong bodies with a particular focus on growing muscle strength in students’ legs, arms and core. A variety of postures are incorporated to provide practitioners different levels of difficulty. Students will focus on building strength and heat while using breath naturally to reach their personal level of strength, balance and flexibility. In this strong class students will build a deeper connection to their bodies as they learn to use pranayama to guide their bodies through this powerful practice. This a more challenging class, however we encourage all levels to join- choices will be given by our instructors and modifications can be made for beginners.
