This class is designed for those trying to conceive. We'll begin with a discussion about challenges you may be facing, then practice specific yoga postures attributed with stimulating and toning the reproductive system while enhancing the flow of energy and circulation throughout the body. This is a gentLe practice meant to reduce stress . Whether you are trying to conceive naturally or undergoing IVF/IUI, this practice is intended to enhance your fertility while providing you with a safe space, community and emotional support for your fertility journey. This class is 90 minute 12 week course intended for women only. It is suitable for those with no prior yoga experience. Pre- registration required.
